ANYONE ELSE HAVING PROBLEMS ACCESSING "THE INSIDER" and RECEIVING IN THE MAIL???

This is ridiculous. I have been an Insider member for years. Renewed and paid for my new subscription in Feb. Started getting the magazine in April and then had to call and beg for the magazine for June and July. I haven't gotten my August issue yet....while others have. Now...there is no button to access the Inside Q.

Then when we finally found the Insider link...I put my ID number in and they said "I was no longer a member". What in the world is going on QVC ? I got a letter saying I would still get the magazine and everything was a o k. Is anyone else not getting the magazine in the mail and having trouble accessing online.

Why is QVC playing games ? Why can't we access it online ? Why did they stop sending the magazine...I just paid for it 5 months ago.

QVC you need to be upfront with everyone on this Insider issue and problem. You are a multi billion dollar company and you can't even get this right ?
