@Estellee, I think Leah is one of their classier host. I think they did her a favor leaving her out of it.

@Estellee ...........Well I think it is one or both of two things.  Either she was not asked because she would not fit in with the others, or she refused because she did not want to be associated with it and knew it was not for her.

I think Leah has more class than to be associated with that fiasco.  Just my opinion.

Re: AGE OF POSSIBILITY!

If I may be blunt, the whole "age of possibility" schtick is goofy.  As if the rest of your life there are no possibilities.  Good grief.

Edited to add...I'm 58, so I fall into that goofy "age of possibility" group.  No thanks.

It's just a gimmick to throw a bunch of random stuff on a show and pretend it has some meaning.

I don't think "Show With Random Stuff" would generate as much interest.

I agree that Leah is a classy host. I'm glad she isn't having to be in the thick of it all. Maybe she has a different sort of contract that allows more input. I hope so.

Why Leah was not invited to the 50's show is a real puzzler. She said she was not invited. Leah has been in fashion all the years I watched; sells fashion; wars fashion; and looks beautiful in fashion.

Leah had to be insulted. Were it a mistake, they could have made up for it along the way. One can only assume, she was not invited and that is a very bad thing for those who've followed Leah for a few decades!

So many over-fifty possibilities.  Is there a possibility that I could become a QVC host?

I barely watch anymore.  The age of possibility is constantly being thrown in our faces.  Yes, I'm in that age group but this is overkill.  Does every host for just about every product have to mention the age of possibility?  And don't get me started on the Friday night show.  Unwatchable.  If QVC is going to have this marketing campaign, can't it be done with some moderation?   This turns me off completely.

I don't watch much live programming on QVC these days.  This morning I was up before the crack o' dawn and I channel surfed while sipping my morning coffee.

I don't have cable so I get HSN and QVC channels via antenna.  I get one QVC channel and 4 HSN channels this way.  Granted a couple of the HSN channels air the same programming.

I tuned into HSN and watched the repeat of the midnight hour of Iman's TSV.  I enjoyed Sarah and all of the presentations.  I hopped over to QVC to see what was going on - they were re-airing the midnight hour of the Northern Nights TSV.  Aside from the Jane talking over the presenter, she could barely crawl up into the bed (in her defense it was high off of the floor) and she talked about the TSV being lighweight and not overheating those in the age of possibility.

An hour later I popped over the HSN (7 am hour).  Tina talked about Iman's TSV, new boots, etc.  Flipped back to QVC as Jayne mention's that October is menopause awareness month.

I'd rather watch HSN.
