I didn't see that.  I'm a XXS and 40" chest is just way.....too big.  For tops, I always check the chest measurement.  Even though XXS always seems to fit.  But if the chest says that, I just don't buy. Somtimes if they say 33" chest I go up to XS.  But even that seems to ge too big. I don't have a big chest, and I hate tight tops.

Bust measurement is always larger than a person's bust size. I've notice 8" is fairly common in shirts, especially fuller designs.

I looked at the video.  It is not oversized and the measurements seem to be off.  Rachel the host is wearing an XS.   It also has a lot of spandex in it.  It is possible there is an error in the measuremebts.

Peace Love Workd makes a lot of oversized tops.  I'm a Q XXS and rarely can wear her clothes in that size as they swallow me up

I'm a size 2/4, and wonder about the XXS/XS chest measurements, often, myself! QVC's sizing is the hardest of all my online shopping, to nail...tedious to try to figure it out, and so inconsistent both brand to brand, and within a brand! I get that some tops' style are oversized, but not all, some chest measurements are just to big in those small sizes. Imo....and I've looked a LOT of measurements over time here!!

I only get the things I really really want and can figure out my size, and HOPE I'm accurate. I hate returning anything with the ship costs deduction.
