Or not so wise, such as myself. I had no idea, until recently, QVC is taxing me on shipping.

I called my state government office and was told yes, they can do that, because it is listed as shipping and handling, not simply shipping. I called QVC Corporate and was told they pay all money to the state directly, they had to do this.

According to my local government, they do not have to do this, AND, not all of the money is sent to the state as I was informed, it goes right back into the pockets of QVC.

It's not bad enough they are making money on shipping, now they are taxing the shipping and making money on that too.

I am so beyond frustrated right now.
