QVC has not honored the 90 day return policy on two items I purchased February 23 and 24th. They returned the items back to me that I returned to them stating my return violated their return policy. Extremely deceptive. BBB needs to be contacted.

When it takes 90 days to ship there should be a 90 return policy.Ive given up for now

@Daysdee - The 90-day return policy applies for orders placed February 1–May 31. As of June 1, the 30-day return policy is back in effect.

 

 

ETA: I just noticed that this thread began back in March and people have started commenting on it again this month...
