I just don't understand the outlandish price of this product And it's "on sale". And they recommend eating 4 per day!  Crazy!

I got the effervescent tablets and couldn't choke down even one serving a day.  Nasty taste.

Eat your greens daily....solved.  Big push for supplementation of fruits and veggies, just monitor what you eat.  Processing/heat can result in lesser nutritional value.

I watched part of the presentation for this product the other day.  Yes, both hosts were both positive about how good it tastes but in the entire time I watched (10 minutes??) neither one of them took a sip!  Just kept holding their glasses full of this green stuff and saying how good it tastes--LOL!!!

I was tempted to order until I read the reviews.

This product is one of the worst that QVC carries.  They do nothing for ones health.  The ingredients in both the tablets and the gummies contain artificial sweetners.  Anyone who would spend money on these products should instead spend that money on actual greens which is more beneficial to ones health and less expensive.

Of ourse the hosts need to say how great the product is whether they like it or not - that is their job and I won't knock them for that.

The owner of 8 greens on the other hand I find completely dishonest.  I have seen her asked on live television whether the Gummies are Vegeterian.  She could not answer the question only to say she didn't know why they wouldn't be.  The gummies contain Gelatin which is comes from animals so it is NOT vegetarian.

I'm not sure about the gummies but the tablets have sorbitol in them which can have a laxative effect so be careful.

@mimomof4   I agree with your assessment.  Gummies always have gelatin which is animal product.  The owner of this company would have known this when asked this question....unless she is completely unaware of the ingredients in her product.  Perhaps she didn't want to lose customers who don't consume animal products.  That would be vegans, vegetarians will consume eggs/dairy.

This is not a health product, it is a result of cleaver marketing.
