Just happened to check my checking account tonight and BAM the order I placed today was deducted from my checking account. Now on 'order status' plain as day 'check.' During the call made it quite clear check purchase and rep offered the address, which I didn't need. Fast forward, since my balance is now under $100 I'll be zonked with a $10 service charge by the bank for the month, DAA! Of course no supervisor available and I find it incrediable that within seconds they can deduct money from your account, but you have to wait 72hrs for them to refund your $ to your account. And that "we have to this to'corporate" excuse is getting very stale! And I will get my $10 service charge back. This happens to often for this coporation to not have developed a better system to handle their mistakes expediously!
