Is it just me, or do others have these "In Process" Issues?
Sorry to gripe, but this is excessive, in my opinion. And No, they are not waitlist items either. I don't get it. Sigh...

@Mistic I'm sorry for any issues with your orders. Which order are you referring to? I just checked your account and don't see any orders in process for 7 days.

I have to wonder if they don't over sell an item and have to wait till it comes back in stock to fill the order.

@Mistic I don't think they are in process as long as they say on line. I think the system does not get undated as often as it should. I had a item in process for 5 days then all of a sudden it was at my post office within 1 day.

@Mistic It’s definitely not just you, it’s been going on for a while. QVC doesn’t seem to want to acknowledge the problem.

I never get on Waitlist, b/c I don't want to take chances on rejections.

@febe1No waitlist is mentioned, I think the product is over sold and they are able to get more in stock in 3 to 5 days. Tack 3 to 5 days onto usual 7 to 10 shipping days and it seems you are waiting forever for the product.

It's their way of 'locking it up' so you can't cancel or change it !!!

@highmaintenancejan This is my #1 pet peeve with QVC right now. If you can’t fulfill an order in a reasonable amount of time, allow us to cancel it! Our orders sit in a processing status for sometimes over a week before they are shipped, and their system will not allow you to cancel. No other online companies do this and I shop online a lot. I would think QVC’s sales must have dropped substantially in the past several months because of this. I would be surprised if they haven’t. I know my QVC ordering has decreased
