Shipping is really slow. I ordered something and it is sitting 4 days in a partner shipping facility till the 20th. I ordered on the 12th. If I get it on the 20th I will be surprised.

The returns are the biggest problem IMO. Customer service says 10-12 business days to process and see on your account.
