25 years...has the Q learned nothing?

In Q's infancy I purchased its stock when it was a tiny company on the NASDAQ. Today I hesitate recommending any of my friends or family to shop here. Quality...sporadic. Value...doesn't compete anymore. Convenience??????...no longer having to order during TV presentation was a big step forward, but the dot com has become most frustrating as of late. Zoom in on an item and you can't move the image to the detail you're interested in. Play a video presentation...most of the ones I click on won't play in enlarged format. Forget about seeing anything informative about fashion items presented by Pat and Jayne...all you get is chitchat on the video. (Doesn't anyone preview these???) Don't watch their live shows, guessing that's all you get, thus that's all that can be videoed. So many online retailers making great strides towards improvements really set QVC behind. No wonder we're getting a rehash of decade old products during the busiest shopping season of the year. Shame on you QVC!!!!!!
