2-5 EasyPay on Request? Ridiculous Offer

Ok so I received in the mail a letter from the Q for 2- 5 pay Easy Pays on Request. Tonight I went online and picked out some Steel by Design Jewelry I've wanted about 100 dollars worth.. I go to check out and it tells me I can't use my Easy pay on Request because EACH ITEM NEEDS TO BE 50 DOLLARS OR MORE?

So I guess the Q wants me to order ONE item at 50 dollars instead of 5 items for 100? No thanks.. I'll pass on the offer..
