I also ordered 2 items last week and they are still in process. I am in no rush to get them but this is a terrible business model. Shipping in 8-10 days might have worked 15 years ago, but in today's world with so much competition and so many other options for shopping from home, shipping has to be better.

I placed an order on 5/26; the ETA is 6/3.  It's still sitting in "processing".  I don't see how it'll be here by 6/3 since today is 5/31 unless it has wings to fly, LOL.

QVC order still in process after 6 days and when it is shipped another  week  or longer.  I have decided that with the shipping being like it is ,that will not be ordering anymore.  prices are too high and quality is not as good.  I have shopped over 25 years with QVC and the time has come to go elsewhere
