His boss looked like a former hippie. I had never seen this person at QVC. I believe his name was Jack. He presented Dan with a plaque that looked like he croteched or done with needlepoint. Very strange.

It appears, from googling and reading his own quotes, that Dan is instrumental in going forward with an evangelical ministry that is soliciting donations on its website and does videos on Youtube and radio shows. It is centered in Florida, so perhaps he’ll move there.

There isn’t, at this time, anything on the website but Bios, Give/Donate, and a link to their FB page. All actual content seems to be on FB.

His retirement wasn't up to him, his retirement was up to Him.

If it were up to Dan, he'd stay there forever, but G-d had other plans for him.

He is such a nice person and great host!

Watching and enjoying the show. He will be missed by us, his colleagues. I'm surprised no Scott Hines or Shaen Pickford for some of these presentations.

Dan also said he is writing a book about his wife and her cancer. Also said more time to spend with his grandchildren. All the best to him!
