I placed an order yesterday and fedex delivered today. $49 order or more and shipping is free. They are fast.

Wow, I didn't know Chewey had been sold!  We just started using them as my dogs both need a script for their food and Chewey is so much cheaper than the vet!!

Do you know if my auto-delivery orders will continue?  I do not expect you to know for sure, just asking if anyone does know

Thanks!

I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend, til death, your right to say it

hockingdrzoo is correct.  I have had an autoship with petflow for some time.  They use FedEx and deliveries are always prompt.  I remarked in another thread that  I had a delivery that I didn't need.  I contacted them and they advised me to put out for FedEx to pick up.  No penalty, no return shipping charge.

I also order from Chewy and have seen no changes, I'm not understanding why a person might think that things would change,  It is still a business.

Well, for one thing, there are some independent manufacturers that no longer will use Chewy to sell their products now that it has been sold.

Many independent food companies are severing their relationships with Chewy because of PetSmart.  Orijen, Fromm and Nutrisource which encompass many other labels to name the labels of which I am aware.

If you feed your pet any product from these lines they are no longer available on chewy.com.  If your pet's or pets' foods are still available on chewy you should have no issue.

Chewy does have some Hi-tor products.  I did a search for Triumph cat food and Hi Tor is part of that group.
