Thanks again @Wannabeincali.  Frankie doesn't have a food allergy.  I switched her from Wellness to Fromm a couple of years ago because I had heard such good things about Fromm.  I just smelled her paws and they don't have an odor, so I don't think she has yeast either.

 

 

I asked my french bulldog list about this, too.  Two people replied that they had had this problem with their dogs in the past.  Both said that the problem just went away.  One was treated homeopathically, and I'm not sure how the other one was treated.  I just have high hopes that the spray will take care of the problem.
