Re: beauty junkie , I send my concern for you and the family.

Hi everyone. Thank you Sammycat for your post,I was just there and left my comment and am still smiling from those beautiful pink jelly bean toes of Mr Schmoo.

beeteb I bought the Aveeno wash at Walmart today and its quite soothing. I also soak in baking soada too. The atarax is helping tremendously with the intense itching and many of my hives and welts have faded but I have some new ones. I sure hope this goes away soon. This drug sure does have me loopy which is ok but wow what vivid dreams.

Naes I will have the tetss for my heart and lungs when the rash is all gone. I know i have to follow through with that but I truly have to get over this rash. Its been almost 5 months now.Its amazing that if not for betteb my Dr wasn't going to suggest the atarax. That stuff helped me to finally get some sleep and stop  ripping my skin off. This forum has been so wonderful for me.Don't know what i would do without all of you.

@beauty junkie Atarax is an old drug and I don't think Drs even think about it. There is some new pill everyday.  Hang in there, it sounds like you may be on the way to getting this under control. (((((gentle hugs)))))

Re: beauty junkie , I send my concern for you and the family.

It's so good to hear that you are finally getting RELIEF...a prayer answered

`beauty 'j', isn't it remarkable how we come to know each other...? I had been replying to betteb and she found me on PL, and apparently (wonderful) linked in to your health situation, having a relationship to lupus, RA and copd. I am never surprised what we find from our friends, along with their support. I know that betteb is a lovelyHeart lady who has been through many  of life's trials and tribulations. She, indeed, is one of your saving graces that listened to you.

Thank you betteb Woman Happy....your're such a respected poster,  NAES

`beauty`, I made a trip to our local drug store and looked for something that may be just great for a soothing bath and soak, so that's how I ended up with the Aveeno Eczema 'BATH' for healing purposes (not to irritate the hives). I'm so very happy to read that it is not bothering you. Many of the other products were not, to me, as quality.

Hearing that you are getting  s l e e p  is more than I could have wanted for you.  NAES

@betteb......................

You have been a present "Hearthelp when we ( beauty junkie ) least expected it~

...sending prayerful thoughts to you and Miss Kitty.

Also, I wish to say I am very sorry to have learned of your mother's passing, along with your loss when your husband died. I had no idea. may have been when I was new and knew but only 3 posters. I can not imagine the void when I hear anything like this. I had posted (almost 2 years ago) when 'we' thought I may have lost my husband in 2013 of November. Stroke, mysterious infection from being in the hospital for one full month.

Thank you so much for your kind words. You never know how strong you can be until have to, but I truly don't know what I would have done without Kitty's companionship, and these boards. I found a lot of comfort here.

Re: beauty junkie , I send my concern for you and the family.

Thank you for the sweet message, NAES. You are a lovely lady!!! You contribute so much support and concern for the people here. It means a lot to everyone. I continue to keep you in my prayers for those who have lost pets and suffer with not knowing what happened. Cream could have crossed the Bridge or could even possibly be in a loving home. One of my dogs had been in two different shelters and had suffered along the way. It soon became very clear to me, though, that his original owners must have lovingly raised him from a puppy to when he became lost or stolen or somehow separated from them. He must have been treated kindly and was obviously very well trained, possibly an obedience school graduate.

Many times I have thought about his first owners and how they must grieve for him. I wish I could let them have peace in knowing how dearly, dearly loved he is.

Hi everyone. Just wanted to say hello and thank all of you for coming here and being my firend. I love all of you.

Sadly I am back to suffering again. Its just like it was before, the medication works and I have a couple of ggod days thenthe rash and welts come back with a vengence as they have today. Nothing is giving me relief. My husband will be calling the Dr and wants to see what we have to do next.

Naes I had a dream about Pal. I opened my fornt door and he was laying on the dodrmat, tired and frail but alive and I was screaming with joy for my husband. I woke up and for a second I thought it happened. His disapperance seems to coincide with my illness coming out of remission. All happened around the same time. I hope your Cream is with my Pal and they are safe and happy and best of friends and hanging with all of our fur babies that have gone to the bridge.

Oh beauty junkie, I'm so sorry to hear that. Did you start on Imuron yet? Hopefully that will help.

Have you discussed something stronger than Tramadol for pain? It seems appropriate to me, at least right now, until you get this flare under control.

I really like this thread too. The caring posters make me feel warm, and comforted, and I hope I am also offering comfort.
