I wholeheartedly want to cut their hands off their arms, poke their eyes outta their heads and saw off their feet - I mean rather than any other sort of punishment for ANIMAL ABUSE.

Just saw morning news about a young kitten that was shot in the face with a dart.  It penitrated her sinus, tongue and threw her throat.  Missed her esophagus and vet was successful to complete surgery on her. They showed her eating now. They showed the gun that shoots these darts, and know this was a deliberate act. 

Sickening to see.

The more I think about that guy and the dog I wish another bigger guy had walked in on that scene and beat the bejeesus out of him.

We have cases of unintentional abuse here. For example, there have been a few cases where horses and other farm animals had to be rescued b/c the owners could not afford to feed or care for them. If that was me I would have reached out for help. People have very big hearts and wallets when it comes to the needs of our animals. To me it's not an excuse for abuse when they don't have the financial means to care for an animal and those who do that are also punished here...that's the way it should be done.
