Apparently these are Brahma chickens but for me they look like a cross between a chicken, maybe a dog (think hind quarters) and a muppet from Sesame Street . . .

Seriously, is that not the most fabulous creature you have ever seen? I would have a dozen of them if where I lived was zoned for them and the climate was appropriate . . . oh goodness knowing me they wouldn't need a coop as I would have them in the house with me . . .

They don't look very nice when those fluffy feathers are dirty and covered with poop. I like my chickens to be pristine. Do you suppose that big boy would tolerate a bath?
