I love it , what a great idea !   I'm sure the kitties just are loving it !   I know mine would ,  they love watching  what's going on outside with wildlife etc.

I've never seen anything like this, but if they have what looks like several cats, this is definitely a way to let them enjoy the outdoors SAFELY.  

 

Too many lost cats in our area, grabbed by coyotes.  Breaks my heart.
