I think she is asked by Harding on Mon. to give description of Marco and the police artist draws it up but she lies about it. Because she can't say just look at Jack Abbott that's Marco. LOL

At the station, Kevin tells Harding about Victor and Marisa's intense conversation. Marisa appears. Harding asks for a physical description of Marco. She makes a sketch and leaves. It looks nothing like him. Kevin is skeptical. Harding assures him he and his friends are safe.

Why not??   That would blow the whole sordid mess wide open, including Victurd's involvement!  If Jack tells Phyllis there are two of him, & that Vic is behind it, it might be safer for Marissa to spill before Phyllis goes after Victor!

RealJack and Phyllis are alone in their hotel room in Istanbul. Jack tells Phyllis all about Marco's impersonation. Everything that happened for the past several months. All of it. He didn't lie or sugarcoat anything. He admitted waking up to a stabbed Kelly and that he must have killed her. He admits blowing up the cargo ship which killed so many crew members. And he tells her that he was kidnapped right after they got married in their room at St. Barts, and she went to use the hot tub. So she now knows that she married RealJack but her first time having s*x after the ceremony was with Marco.

 Jack tells *everything* to Phyllis.

Jack also tells Phyllis that Victor threatened him in the hospital room about Jack's involvement in some plot to take down the Newmans called Paragon. 

Jack told Phyllis that the only reason he hasn't told the police about Victor hiring Marco to impersonate Jack ... is because Victor threatened to inform the foreign governments about Jack killing their citizens who were crew on the cargo ship ... that Jack would be extradited to a foreign land and the implication that Victor would arrange that Jack be imprisoned far away. And, in addition, Victor would inform the island police and the Genoa City police that Jack had killed Kelly on the island.
