What a great uplifting story!!!!  As an animal activist I always praise all those who protect and fight for animals.  I thank God for all the groups out there trying so hard to save animals from abuse and cruel acts.  This woman is a hero in every sense of the word and she will be blessed and rewarded for her kindness and compassion.  Thank you, Ms. Vargas, you are who we need more of in this world.
