I'm so relieved those dogs were found.  My dog, Piper, is a mini American Shepherd and when I read there was one in the group, I could relate.  My Piper, a rescue, is a black tri like the dog pictured but he's a far cry from being a show dog.  He's purebred but poorly bred.  He's a character though.  We adore each other.
