Maybe I missed the point of that picture.  I Thought the point was The DOG was un-employed ( as in not being able to do his job bringing happiness to the unwell, NOT being out of a paychek)  because he could carry the Covid19 virus on his fur if PEOPLE DON'T WASH THEIR HANDS.  That's my take on it.  The heart not the money.
