I wanted to post a picture of my dog Gracey's newest stitches but it would not be appropriate.  At age 13, various growths grow on her body at embarrassing places.  She now has 4 stitches where she "sits."   

A few weeks ago, I found out that on my cell phone, I could create a "pen and ink" photo so I made one of Gracey that I can share.  One day I will get it framed.

@seaBreeze,  What a precious picture of Gracey.  Thank you for sharing her with us.  I'm sorry she gets those growths on her unmentionables.  

It's amazing what the smart phones can do with pictures.  The pen and ink picture looks like she was sketched with pencil.  I hope you and Gracey have a wonderful fall week!  Love, SC

My other dog Bo (not a boy) likes to pose ... here is her "pen & ink" portrait:   If anyone remembers Bo Derek from the late 70's, she was a "10", hence the movie she starred in.

@Sweet Charlotte   Nugget appeared to be a type of "Tortie" which I find are usually super friendly.     

Years ago, a Tortie showed up on my patio, very pregnant.  I fed her daily, then she would leave.   One day she came back after apparently after giving birth.  Never found her kittens, I waited a few months before I found a home for her.   That family sent us yearly photos of her during the holidays.  It is amazing just how one cat can change your world.
