Flashback Thursday photo from 1970.

My dog Skippy in her new boots & hat ... the boots did not help in snow, she kept slipping and falling ... never put them back on her paws again.  And I just noticed the moths ate the top of her old sweater.  Poor dog!

@beastielove    Boots is the cat ... the cat before him had the same name ... my mother named the cats 'back then' and apparently could not come up with any other cat names! 

But then my dog in photo is my second 'Skippy' so I must take after my mother.    ;-)

Love that you have a  pet chat..I now have 25 dogs..most are rescued fosters that will be moving on..some are not adoptable and will stay with us...
