I have a small apartment -- living/dining room area, small kitchen, bedroom, den and my master and guest bath/vanity areas (that are very small).  I'd have to put her in my den for a few days, with a litter box, food and water, a scratcher, some toys and maybe a pet bed.  I won't want to keep the litter box in the den, as that room is small and it's carpeted (I have a permanent space in my guest vanity area for the litter box).  Would I need to close the door to that room, or just leave it ajar, so she can come out if and when she wishes?  That's also the room where I watch TV.  Is it okay to sit in the room and watch TV when she is there?  I want to give her lots of loving, but not so much that it overwhelms her.   I listen to classical music when I'm driving my car, as it helps to relax me.  I can move my radio/CD player into the den for her.
