Good morning to all and there fur children....Hoping everyone is doing well and feeling good. We did our lawns Steve and i and Libby helped too.. We are getting ready for fall saw all the pretty fall flowers and plants at the walmart's nursery yesterday and brought some. Hoping our local deer will leave it alone... we have some carrots and radishes for them. shhhh. Anyway, keep cool everybody!

CRG- Thank you for your continued prayers-I am very anxious the closer Monday gets. I have to remind myself that God is in control!

I have more pre-surgery appointments later. It's fixin'to be a stormy day here in a bit and my furbabies (Dixie & especially Blondie)are already needing lots of extra lovin' except Sami she is outside stalking a frog!  I hate it that we will be gone later.

Giving a shout out to everyone here on the PCC!

Busy getting ready for "back to school",  aka work : )   The BIG day is on Monday!   I will begin my 29th year in the library.  Odd how when I was in school, I would always (well, not always) get kicked out of the library for talking/laughing too loud/much and get sent back to my study hall...  LOL 

Home today, so that means house work. Tomorrow going with hubby to doctor for his evaluation of his back.  Hoping he can get some relief.   He is a hurting boy : (

Hope all of you are still enjoying your summer with your faithful furry, feather, fin or perhaps even scaled friends/family; and of course we don't want to leave out the rest of the members of our family and friends the people!  Each and every one of them got our backs at one time or another, don't they?  What would we do without them??

Thursday Morning Greetings

CRG... Your comment about being "dismissed" from your school libray brought back fond memories. When I was in high school, I often got into trouble with my friends for "unacceptable behavior" while we were in the library, only we got detention!!

BRB... As Monday approaches please keep remembering that your PCC family is with you in love and spirit now and will be with you on Monday and in all of the days afterwards to help you with your healing process.

Good morning everyone I hope it will be a nice weekend for everyone here.  We had our llivingroom and diningroom floors sanded stained and sealed this week. We've been living in a maze of furniture in the Kitchen and family room. But it looks great ,tomorrow we can put the furniture back.

Wishing all the teachers here smooth sailing with the important jobs they do. Not many things are more important than the kind of people we have teaching our children in school.

Hi! I'm the Codeqn it is short for Codequeen is was a Respiratory Therapist until I had to medically retire. So I'm not really new to maybe some of you. I used to post here quite a lot about 6.5 years ago.

It was only until we lost our alpha husky Akasha from the rarest form of human cancer Nasal Adenocarcinoma. Then 2.5 months later my father died due largely in part by actions of my mother that I just left the forum. I just didn't feel up to posting and several people who didn't know the whole story of what had happened with my dad said I was too needy for them to be my friends. I couldn't tell the whole story on a forum then nor will I tell it now, but it was more than I could take in at the time a couple had my home e-mail, but I couldn't tell them. I needed true friends at that time.

I am in a really good place now and it took me a while to get there when we lost a husky a year for 4 years in a row. I am starting to work on my children's books when my headaches aren't too bad and we are redecorating our house. I finally found a really good pain management doctor who is always looking for new therapies to help with my severe headaches. C;-)

You can be rest assured that you're only going to find good hearted,kind,non-judgemental, animal loving, true friends on this thread. No trolls are ever allowed! If one shows up...we kick 'em to the curb ASAP and they never darken our doorstep again!
