Good morning to all and there fur children. Hoping all is well with everyone. Happy Monday to all and have a great start to the week!

Good morning hugs and prayers to ALL PCC friends and furbabies!

Pandalady_1 extra hugs for you and your 1st graders, as well as, my other educator PCC friends CRG and LuvMySpaniels aren't you educators, too? Hello again Beastie!!! You will need to tell me about Pancake!

Apple would love to hear about your furbabies! Other PCC friends please tell me about your furbabies, too!

This morning is a slow start for us. Our pets can go in & out freely through dog/kitty doors during the day and besides morning potty, no one is interested in exploring this hot day!

We shut the doors at night and Sami sleeps in the laundry room, open the doors for the rest of the day. They know when we shut the doors after nighttime/out front walk, it's night night time. Blondie sleeps in her kennel, Dixie sleeps on old couch in our bedroom.

I may have posted once here, but other than that I'm new to this topic. We have a 2 1/2 year old female Golden Retriever, Jessie, who is the love of our lives. We're empty nesters now and she makes us smile every day - all day. Don't know how we ever managed to be happy without her!!!

A sincere thank you from the entire CRG to all for the kind words expressed during our season of grief. We are missing our precious Casey, and Cody since June, very much : (

We have been through this before with family/friends, human and furry, so we do know it will be a roller coaster of emotions for quite some time.

Happy Monday to the incredible fur-lovers of PCC, and thank you BRB for asking about ‘Pancakers’ because I, too, was not aware of the meaning, but Beastie’s response sent me in the right direction.

This is why I log on weekly to read benevolent words of posters resonating into others’ lives, but lately the forums have turned vicious. Over the weekend, I ventured out into other community chat threads and was lambasted by opposing views. Truly, a lashing like no other.

CRGang .… healing will be slow, and it is a despairing journey for all of us, sadly. May blessings of joy be restored upon you soon …. and to other PCC friends who are still enduring trepidations of any kind.

Just wanted to pop in and say Hello to everyone here at the PCC,

I am glad to see new folks dropping in to our safe corner of the boards. I haven't talked about my furbabies in a while, so to introduce them I have a deaf blue Merle Sheltie named Lily that I got from a breeder giving up some of her dogs to rescue. I also have her nemesis, Oscar, an orange marmalade kitty.

Hope this is a good start to everyone and prayers continue, always, for those in need.

PS - I have been critical of this newest version of the website, but I was very happy to find that when my original post failed to post it auto-saved and I was able to download it successfully. Good job webbie!
