I mentioned once my two gals were ‘rescued'.  The entire litter of seven were removed from a unreputable breeder's home without the benefit of having their mother with them.  I assume that is why Gracey suckles everyday on a soft toy that resembles breastfeeding (she has 6 of these red bones).  For her first 10 years of life with me, she crawled under a queen-sized bed and slept there every night.  She stopped doing this after tearing both her ACL's.

Bo has never played with a ball or any toy.  I always blamed both dog's odd behavior on this breeder.  This is Gracey this morning who is “busy” as a baby with its pacifier.
