Re: Should I be feeding a feral cat???

Katmary it is #2 that she has a problem with. It was ok at first but I had to change her dog food to can and after speaking with the vet yesterday I found out can dog food doesn't have much fiber in it and I need to add some pumpkin. She will not go for a week and then an explosion all at once in a liquid form, eww what a messy bottom.

I got the tree taken care of yesterday and a tarp on the roof for now. The adjuster is coming Tuesday for the estimate. I took lots of pictures. The tree companies were out in full force yesterday since there was many trees down and 51,000 homes without power.

I have been carrying Teddy out the front door because it is more level and there was a cat sitting on my porch meowing at me. The cat didn't want to move but then I recognized the collar and it belongs across the street. I hate that it is an indoor/outdoor cat and it roams the neighbor but it is friendly.

The trunk hit the house and bounced off. I have 3 holes in the roof. The neighbor has the worst house in the neighborhood and could care less about the damage. His tree is rotten but not dead so he doesn't have to pay.

We have 5 birthdays this month including mine so they got a new infinity scratcher and cube tent. It is in the living room but I have seen the kitties on it and caught Papa's head sticking out of the cube tent the other day. I didn't think he would fit!

I know they play with it at night because it is moved in the morning.

I have a question, when is dinner?

Might be time for more pictures...

The storm damage is still a problem with the workers and the insurance adj not agreeing 3 1/2 weeks later. So nothing has been done and we are getting tons of rain.

Teddy is going pretty good considering... eating strong, falls a little but gets back up and still fighting me more than ever to stay here. The back door stuck shut for about a week and she couldn't hold it as long but both working again. It's a lot of work but she seems happy and excited to be here at 17.

Love these new pictures, especially the one of Indy laying on his back.  How cute.

Just checking in with you.  Have not heard anything from you for awhile.  How are you, Teddy and all the kitties?  Hope all is well in your home.  More pictures please.

Re: Should I be feeding a feral cat???

Hi Rusty,

The tree damage has been a mess from the very beginning. A month went by and nothing had been done on my house. Guess I picked the wrong co to do the job.

It doesn't help that I don't ever feel well. I got a roof put on Saturday and a huge thunderstorm went through while the roof was open so I got more rain in the house. Now they are saying that I have moisture in the ceiling and the walls and the adjuster needs to come back out for the third time so they can tear the walls and ceiling out to dry...

I finally got gutters yesterday and a new porch light. It has been horrible carrying Teddy outside every night in the dark. She is doing as well as can be expected and still eating.

I will get some more pics posted soon. Thanks for asking.
