Sad news about Grumpy Cat

She died earlier this week due to complications of a urinary tract infection. She was only 7 years old. In her short life, she brought joy to many via the internet.

I'm so sad to read this.  It seems unusual to die from complications from a UTI.  That's scary.

So sorry to hear this, and surprised I didn't see it mentioned anywhere.  Grumpy C was really well known, but not a whisper of her passing.

 

Perhaps they wanted to keep it low key.

 

Just makes me sad to know she is gone Cat Sad

The family did not announce it until today on the GC Facebook page. The post says she died on Tuesday. I heard the news on an AM news show.
