Thank you @daisysmom09 .  I do hope Frankie knew I was with her at the end.  I had her cremated, too.  The Vet School made a pawprint for me.  I love the pawprints.

 

I am very sorry about the loss of your beloved girl Meggie.  It's just so hard to lose your special pets.

Thank you @tends2dogs .  I'm so sorry about your dog that you lost to a brain tumor, too.  Six years old is way too young.  Frankie was only 8 1/2.  She was much too young to die, too.  I feel like I'm still in shock over it.  It's so lonely in this house without her.
