My Kingston sure did, someone poured a flammable liquid down his back and set him on fire, out in the streets.

Maybe out of fear, since he's a pit. He still has scars that we treat.

I really hate 'some' humans.

@KingstonMom   I also ❤️ dogs. Yours is beautiful!  It's terrible what they did to him.  I'm so sorry.  Some people can be so cruel and more should be prosecuted for crimes like this one!

My nephew & his girlfriend found a pitbull in the middle of a busy highway---emaciated, numerous wounds, and all her teeth had been pulled at some point. They took her home, got her the care she needed, and she is one of the sweetest, most affectionate dogs I've ever met. Not a bit afraid of even strange humans, which speaks to what lots of love and care can do!

Heartbreakingly, the pulled teeth signifies that she was a 'bait dog' for fighting.
