She's so darling and her name suits her. How did you choose that sweet name for her?

@Love my grandkids Actually, I'm Grandma. When she was in the house when she was injured she had no name. We intended to find her a good home.
She was on limited activity so we had her fenced in area in the living room. I would say "How are ya, cutie", "How do you feel, cupcake" etc. Just diffferent things.
One day I said "What are you doing, Petunia." DD said she loved Petunia, we should name her that. I guess she's staying.
Personally, with the black spot on her nose, I thought Smudge. DD didn't.
You should see that cat when DD comes home. She is velcroed to her. Sleeps with her. Meows and carries on when she leaves.
DD as she goes out the door in the morning, "Petunia, you be good for Grandma."
