Over 10 years ago, I had to be out of town for a month.
I left my my three cats at home and someone would come in to feed them.
When I got back home, they acted as if I had never even left.
She'll be more comfortable at home. It's what she's familiar with, the sights and smells.
Traveling will be stressful on her, and then to be in an unfamiliar place will add to that stress.
Plus, will you be staying in a hotel?
If so, do you trust that the maid won't let her accidentally escape?
Then she would be lost, scared and confused in a totally unfamiliar place.
How would you feel if that were to happen?
Guilty?
Wishing that you had left her at home?
There you have your answer.
