@karen burt.  Somebody cut up an existing wreath to make this Cresent shaped one then added the flowers cats and ball.  I looked all over the internet for similar cat silhouettes but couldn't find any.  I guess if you wanted to do this, you'd have to draw your own cats on a suitable material.
