@Nadine I wasn't trying to take over your thread by any means. When the topic of ear docking came up, I HAD to comment about altering dog's physical appearances. I am glad you are choosing not to do it. We found this breeder that doesn't have the tails docked anymore....thus....my pics. We have had 6 Old English and Willoughby is our second to have a tail....Quincy was the first. There is SO much expression shown by the tail. We honestly feel that we missed out on alot of that visual enthusiasm with our first 4 dogs.
Hope things are well with Logan, puppy classes, and his UTI! I bet you will find the housebreaking go much better when that clears up.

You didn't take over the thread at all. So glad you posted pictures I still can't seem to do it and I would love to post a picture of Logan.
I can tell he feels so much better after being on the new meds for a few days. I think the UTI was really bothering him. Only thing is, he was plenty active before, lol
My daughter gave me a set of cd's to watch . Cesar Millan Mastering Leadership. I've only watched the first one so far and really liked it so I think these are going to help.

Please follow or at least consider positive reinforcement training methods. Cesar Millan is "old school" force your dog to listen training. Would you teach your child with choke chains, shock collars and alpha rolls?

@CrazyDaisy and @Nadine I didn't want to mention that, but since you did, I will make one comment. We had a vet tell us that CM is fooling people into thinking they can change a dog that is viscious, mean, etc in the short amount of time that his show is.....IF at all. In other words, he didn't recommend him.
The whole shock collar, choke chain thing is repulsive to me. JMHO
I am not saying that Logan is mean and viscious. Perhaps you could get some hints from the tapes. I have only seen a couple of CM's shows.
