Thanks for all your prayers.  Unfortunately, the kitty is still being allowed outside.  You are so right saying that the owner is not a responsible pet owner.  Neither I nor any of the other cat-loving neighbors in the building can say or do anything to change the situation.  We can only hope for the best.

My heart aches for this precious,

innocent kitty.

Clearly her owner is a vile imbecile who

is playing Russian Roulette with it's life.Cat Mad

If it was possible for me to do so

(and I know that it isn't) I'd catnap

that kitty while it was walking about

outside and bring it into my home where

she'd be kept safe and sound inside

24/7 along with my four rescued kitties.

I actually did that. Neighbors, who've never owned a cat, once had it tied with a short leash to the outside garage door. That was the last straw for me (including putting the cat in the mailbox, saying she "fell" out the second story window, shooting her with a large water pistol, and several other things) so I took her. She became one of my inside-only kitties.

Bless your beautiful heart for

rescuing this kitty who was clearly

the innocent victim of animal abuse

by that sc*m lowlife family.

Did you report their heinous abuse

to the proper authorities? I would have

done so and would have also let the rest

of the neighborhood know what they did!Cat Mad

This took place about 30 years ago. No, I didn't report them. Just took the kitty.
