For sport and put on pay per view (so the ca$h could go to this dog) - I'd stomp the thing(s)responsible to within an inch of it's life. 

Then, I'd hold a lottery (again to benefit the dog) for the lucky winner to finish what I started.

this act was not perpetrated by a kid, once you behave with the depth of despicable intent - you are no longer a k i d.   you are a danger to society.
