@KingstonsMom I am so sorry that Kingston is having such a hard time this go around in his recovery.  You sound like me when it comes to my baby, I will hurt and not seek medical attention but can not tolerate my boy hurting.  I hope his meds help and he can find comfort and healing soon.  Hugs & belly rubs from myself and Toby Snow

He's on his way to therapy, but we're only going to allow the laser surgery and use of the TENS unit, no underwater treadmill.

I used a TENS unit when I broke my radius and ulna in one arm from a car accident.

My biggest concern is that he won't eat.

His stools seem fine, no vomiting, but no matter how many of his favorite foods I make him, he just isn't interested.

His Dad will be talking to the vet about that today too.

@KingstonsMom  When my dogs wouldn't eat I made something both she and I like (rainbow trout) and sat next to her and ate 1 bite and then offered her a bite. I did this several times.  It worked! Then I gave her a bowl with rainbow trout and I still sat next to her and finished my dinner.

Kingston will eventually eat and will be okay as long as he drinks water.  Good luck!

@KingstonsMom   Please let us know how things go today.  It sounds like yesterday's therapy and the Vet visit were just too much for him.  I'm glad he isn't going to do the treadmill today.

I baked him some sweet potatoes, one of his faves, and he ate 'em up!

I'm such a happy Mom....he ate!

I have more in the oven!
