Awe, thank you everyone. I took care of Jakey for a week earlier in the month and they got along great. Now Jakey visits once a week for a couple of hours.

Thank you @ScenicMaine They both had lots of fun. Funny when she first met him about two years ago, she growled at him. I think she was jealous.

Maybe Khloe also needed time to adjust to a strange (at the time) pup. Whatever, the reason, at least they enjoy playing together now. It's great she has time with another dog & all goes well.

I miss my 2 sr. girl kitties playing like they use to. But, of course, I can't expect them to have the enery level as back then. I'm just fortunate that as far as we know, they're both in pretty good health.
