My rescue is 1/2 Silky terrier and her coat is just unbelievably beautiful! So soft, fine, shiny, it amazes me-  Just the sweetest animal. She actually hugs me- Dogs are a gift from above. 

How wonderful that you adopted her!  She won the doggy lottery!  I hope you are blessed with many years of good health with Her! 💝💝💝 Skyegirl

Tell that other person, you could donate as long as she pays all these new vet bills for the little one.  Some people, I swear!!!!!
