I just love this photo; it's not my house, not my tree, not my dog but I bring it out every year just because it's so festive.  The dog is a smooth coated collie.

If it was my dog (avatar), he would be sniffing all the boxes to find the one with the extra special, home-made, super delicious cookies.  Then he would tear it open and devour them all, as he did twice, on consecutive years.  The mutt should have worked at the airport.
