Thank you,everyone, for your replies. I did the warm water soak and worked them to the end of the fur where I snipped them out. It was a job but she's BURR free.

I had to laugh about the sticker comments. I certainly should have said burr.  I'm picturing Daisy all covered in "good job" stickers!😁
