My Rescue Dog Lilly! This is my other rescue dog Lilly. I adopted her almost 8 years ago and last June she was diagnosed with kidney disease. I have kept her going with all kinds of diets, up nights with her, cleaning up after all her accidents and watching her breathe to make sure she is alive. I truly believe this dog has at least 20 lives! This past weekend for three days she was so sick I thought she was going to die. I was going to call the vet this morning. Then late last night she came back to life again running around. Lilly and I have been through so much together and I do not want to lose her and she does not want to leave me. I think her gift of life to me is her 20 lives that she bounces back to health every time. I am truly thankful!

Lilly is so beautiful! I am proped up in bed with two doxies. Annabelle was tossed over the fence at a rescue center and is now 13. Daniel came to us when a puppy mill was shut down and he is 10. Daniel had a close call with his liver last year, was on iv fluids for a week. We are blessed to have both of these amazing creatures.
