My ole lady cat, Jelly Bean passed away this morning, so suddenly, right in front of me, on the couch. She was 18, and she was mine for 15 years. I'm glad it was quick, but I never expected it to happen like that. She'd eaten her breakfast, everything was normal, but it's been colder so she snuggled with me more. She jumped up next to me on the couch, and seemed to have an attack, and she just fell over and soon stopped breathing. I am beyond sad. She was my snuggle bunny. Now she's on her way to the Rainbow 🌈 Bridge.

@jellyBEAN.  I'm so sorry to hear about your kitty.  Without time to prepare yourself, it must have been quite a shock. 

I has the same thing happen to an aged Aussie dog.  My pack was asleep on the living room floor on a hot summer afternoon.  I went back to the bedroom to do some things.  when I returned, she had passed away. 

Like you say, it was fast and she didn't suffer.   You'll miss her greatly, I'm sure.

@jellyBEAN  I am so very sorry that your sweet Jelly Bean passed today.  I can't imagine how sad it must be to have a perfectly normal morning with Jellybean and then to see her pass. You had 15 great years together, so many memories and treasured moments.  I think that JellyBean will watch over you from Heaven- she may have passed, but your love for her will always live on and her love for you remains in her heart and spirit.  You gave her a very wonderful life and home from beginning to end.  I pray that moments of brightness will emerge amidst this painful time. Rest in peace, sweet Jellybean 💗.

@jellyBEAN I'm so sorry for your loss! It never gets any easier to lose our furry friends. 

I have two elderly cats (14 & 16) myself, so I'll be facing this sooner than later. Though it must have been such a shock for you, I only hope mine go so quickly when their time comes.

Jellybean is at the Bridge now, where all of our friends that have gone before have greeted her and are showing her the ropes! She'll be fine til you are together again. Take care of yourself.

  She was content, fed and warm and she knew you loved her.  Take care.
