Martha Stewart dress dog harness

Carolyn, when you were presenting a dog harness with Martha Stewart she was showing the dress harness with pleats. I noticed the small sizes didn't have clips across the chest and then Martha said the small harness' didn't have clips just velcro around the chest.. the little dogs could not pull out of the harness. I then ordered it in xxs. It came yesterday and there are two big clips on the chest. My dog is only 4 lbs and these clips are a bit much. Why is this? Do you remember anything about this product? Item # M59407. Customer service didn't have an answer to this. I was happy to order this since I have trouble finding anything this small.when she (Taffy) walks all you hear are the clips, too much for a little dog. Any ideas? Thanks

I wanted a harness for my dog, but unsure of size.

 

OP ... try sending a note to Carolyn G. via Facebook ... doubt if she reads posts here.  I would return (for full refund due to its design flaw), not an exchange.  I do not have the product, so would not know how to "modify" it.
