Awww so sweet!
We have a 12 year old mix. She's part vizsla & part beagle. She looks sort of like a small yellow lab. When she was a puppy she was a very deep pumpkin color. Now she's light yellow with a lot of white.
Our dog has the sweetest personality. She's vey laid back and rarely barks. I think she got her personality from the Vizsla side.

I appreciate your compassion and understanding ~ you've been there.
Ultrasound sometime around Sept. 6th to confirm pregnancy and number of pups ~ excited : )
Thank you for the supportive words, Friend ~
@Irish1210 I keep thinking of you.......did they do the ultrasound? Confirmation? Is your name on one of those cutie patuties? Hope so. There is nothing like a squirming, fat bellied, puppy breathed creature to help heal grief. I hope that they are leaving the tails.........would you have a choice?

Hi Friends.......Pregnancy has been confirmed and a "large" litter is expected on or about October 8th.
Still tears and lonely sighs daily as reminders are everywhere (wouldn't erase them for anything!), but the anticipation of a furry OES who will be mischievous and full of puppy energy does bring a smile to our faces.
Tails are not an option : (
We have no preference to gender or markings.....................leaving it to the breeder as to which pup will be best for us ~ we bought our first from her 25 years ago. We are excited and thinking of preparations that need to made to welcome this "baby" just before Christmas : )
Thank you for the understanding and support ~ appreciate your thoughtfulness ~
To be continued..............

@Irish1210 I'll be waiting for the next chapter!
SO SO SO happy for you and your family for this upcoming bundle of joy.

Thanks, you are so sweet : )
Due to the "no tail" option, I will still have to dust my own table tops : )

@Irish1210 Is it typical for the breeder to pick the home for the puppy. Our breeder did that to. She said she interacted more with a family dog than say a future show dog.She hung on to our last one for so long I thought we might have to steal him. She would hold him in her arms and rock him like a baby. As he grew we have pictures of him on my Dad to be rocked and all you could see of Dad was his hat and feet. They are so funny. I wish I had one on the way.
Please keep us up dated. Thanks.

Beautiful animals! Do they have a fine undercoat that sheds?
