@Mom2Dogs I would make a quick call to her vet. They even have vet hospitals who are there for questions in the middle of the night. They are always there to help and ask pertinent questions to help figure out the problem, if there is any. They have always said to give them a call for anything big or small. They love animals and love helping parents to help their furbabies.
I do remember teething time and if it weren't for the fact there was a tiny amount of blood (pin head size) on his white toy we were playing with, and the vet told us to watch for missing teeth (for neutering timing), I wouldn't know he was teething. He acted completely normal.
Now, since animals are all different, hers might be experiencing symptoms. Still, I would call the vet. They have helped us through many questions and problems, and still do. Hope the little one feels better fast! They are so precious and we want to take care of them for their very best lives!

@Mom2Dogs, any time a puppy is lethargic it is cause to contact the vet.
