Kingston's FREE!

[ Edited ]

And he's SO exited!!

He had his last follow-up on his surgeries yesterday and his surgeon feels like he's ready to resume his 'normal' activities in moderation at first.

He was so funny when we unblocked his doggy doors (one from the DR to our enclosed back deck, the other from the deck leading to the back yard).

It's taking a bit of reminding him how to use them after 6 months.

He keeps standing there like they're still closed, waiting for someone to let him in or out, LOL!

He loves being able to do his thing in the yard without being on a lead anymore!

In moderation, he gets his walks back, our beds & couches back and he and Dad have already planned a camping/geocaching trip in about a week and a half!

YIPPEE! It was a long, restrictive 6 months for all of us and very expensive, but he was SO worth it to us.Heart

I'm happy for Kingston too and both of you! You all are champs!

How is Miss Ava and Henry?

I've been just reading/posting occasionally since I broke my dominant right wrist a few weeks ago and couldn't easily type.

My cast is off now, so it's much easier!

I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss any news on how Miss Ava and Henry are!Heart

Oh, is he ever!

He still hasn't realized that he can get up on our beds (when we get out!) and the couches, but I'm sure it won't take him long, LOL!

@KingstonsMom   I'm so sorry you broke your wrist.  I hope it's healing now.

Ava and Henry are doing very well.  I posted a week or two ago about leaving them with a petsitter who stayed in my hone.  I was worried about Ava, but she did as well as could be expected.  I won't worry as much about leaving her again with the same petsitter.

Henry is as sweet as ever.  Thanks for asking about them.
